Have you heard about the newest trend in dieting called the Brazilian diet? It is becoming more and more popular because of the results that it is providing. You will hear about two versions of this diet and they are fast and normal.

But the fast version is coming along with many negative effects on the human overall health. That is why you should not think even for a second about having that diet. You should have the normal version of this diet and this article will be about that normal version of this diet.

It is mainly consisted of fruits and veggies and that is why it is really good for the human overall health. It comes along with 4 to 5 meals daily and if you follow everything properly you will be really pleased with the received results from the diet.

Diet plan for 1 week:

Monday  –breakfast: 1 banana, 1 orange and 1 cup orange juice
-snack: 1 cup orange juice and 1 slice toast
-lunch: 100 grams of fresh veggie salad and 100g boiled fish
-dinner is same as lunch
-before going to bed: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup orange juice

Tuesday  –breakfast: 1 cup apple juice and 1 soft-boiled egg
-snack: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup apple juice
-lunch: 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves and 100 grams of cooked meat
-dinner: 200 grams boiled fish, 1 hard-boiled egg, lettuce, peas (fresh or canned)
-before going to bed: 1 toast and 1 cup apple juice

Wednesday –breakfast: 1 slice of toast, 1 cup lean milk
-snack: 100g lean cheese
-lunch: 100g rice, 150g fresh cabbage salad with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and
finely chopped parsley
-dinner: 100g cooked meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves
-before going to bed: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup apple juice

Thursday –breakfast: 1 cup pineapple juice, 60g pineapple
-snack: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup pineapple juice
-lunch: 100g boiled meat, small piece of cheese and 1 orange
-dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150g grated carrot salad with oil
-before going to bed: 1 slice of toast and 1 cup pineapple juice

Friday –breakfast: 1 small toast and 1 cup apple juice
-snack: 1 orange and 1 apple
-lunch: 150 grams boiled fish, 2 small boiled carrots
-dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (cream or mushroom soup or fish stew) and a small
piece of bread
-before going to bed: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup orange juice

Saturday –breakfast: 1 slice of toast and 1 cup apple juice
-snack: 150g boiled grated beats salad with little oil
-lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup or fish stew,
1 small piece of bread
-dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup or fish stew, 100g fruit,
4 lettuce leaves
-before going to bed: 2 dried figs and 1 cup apple juice

This plan should be for 2 to 4 months. Remember do not use this diet plan longer than 1 month. Combine it with physical activities like walking, cycling, swimming and other for even better results.
After finishing with this diet, continue to consume more fruits and veggies and proteins.
